Insurance responsibility

Before listing or booking, confirm in writing with your insurer that the policy permits peer-to-peer rental or vehicle sharing. Personal comprehensive cover may have exclusions or conditions that apply when a vehicle is rented to another person.

If you cannot confirm suitable cover, do not start the trip.

Before every handover

1. Verify

Confirm the renter, licence and booking match.

2. Document

Capture timestamped exterior, interior, fuel and odometer evidence.

3. Confirm

Both parties accept the handover record before keys change hands.
